notes:
the obj format is not properly rigged or animated, and the fbx is rigged and animated but with no ik chains.
you should also probably reduce the eye reflection in the obj format.
both formats have mapping coordinates.
when the max file opens, choose "adopt file´s gamma and lut settings...", if it asks so.
