This is my first ever design of a 3d printed part, so please feel free to share ideas on how to make it better or make remixes of it. This part was designed to make the proximity sensor easy to adjust on the Reach3d printer while maintaining stability. The tolerances are pretty tight on the slide so you should sand whre the parts make contact to smooth out the movement before assembling. The slide is held to the mount with a wood screw, and the adjustment is done with a M3x16 screw and nut placed in the notch of the slide. When assembling do not adjust the slide all the way to the top as the gap will be for fine tuning. Once the mount is together lower the print head to the bed and begin to place your sensor. Place the sensor in the holder with the top nut adjusted to a height that just barely triggers the sensor. Then raise up the z axis and install the bottom nut on the sensor. After that you are ready to fine tune with the M3 screw!
Per requests, I have split the parts into separate files and added an offset fan mount bracket.
