I re-sized the fan part so it would cover the ends of the bottom case for a cleaner look. I used Auto Desk Inventor. They make a stl modify addin to allow you to modify STL files called Mesh Enabler. It makes a great case to protect your pi. Included the bottom case to go with the top.

Update 2/25/2016:
Added a second redesign with mounting tabs and 3 holes for adding a 2 switches, one for a reset, one power down and the last one is on the cover for a LED on monitor. I found the code and programmed my pi so I can shut it down by pressing a button. Press the reset button to start and have a green LED that comes on when the pi is running it's OS.
