RC Tank - Wheel with Planetary Gear by JMLin

This is a replacement for the Drive Wheel of the RC Tank which designed by Staind.https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2414983
The gear ratio in the original design is too low if using 540 motor.
Then, I found a "Speed Reduction Planetary Gear Wheel" which designed by ScorpionTDL.https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2517890
Its designed to reduce the speed.
It has a reduction of 1:3.8.
But, it's unsuited for the Staind RC Tank.
So, I made some modifications.
Now you can use this version on your "Staind RC Tank".
You need to print the following parts:
1) Wheel with ring gear x2
2) Sun gear x2
3) Planet gear holder 1 x2
4) Planet gear holder 2 x2
5) Planet gear_13T x6
6) Baffle 1 x1
7) Baffle 2 x1
8) Baffle 3 x1
9) Baffle 4 x1
Additionally you need:
M3x20 x6
M3x10 x10
M3 Nuts x10
Assembly:
start with the "Sun gear"
place the "Planet gear holder 1" on it with the small flange facing upwards
take three "Planet gear_13T" and place them on the three flanges on the "Planet gear holder 1"
take the "Planet gear holder 2" and put three M3 nuts into the corresponding holes.
place the "Planet gear holder 2" on top of "Planet gear_13T" and use three M3x20 screws to assemble it
take the "Wheel with ring gear" and slide it onto the assembly.
take the "Baffle 1/2" and place two M3 nuts into the corresponding holes.
place the "Baffle 1/2" on top of everything and mount it with three M3x10 screws
replace the "Drive Wheel", place the "Baffle 3/4" outside the "wheel_suspension_outside_1_V1" and mount it with two M3x10 screws
