This is a super compact shell I made for my specific Raspberry Pi Zero W and 5" LCD display. This is mounted to my Anet A8 and allows me to run Octoprint while giving a nice display.
This project was a bit more custom than most would expect
I used the following parts to create this:

Each of the cables required the rubber sleevings to be trimmed to fit but the final product was a tightly fitted OctoPi tablet of sorts that was easily mountable on my Anet. Unfortunately due to my time limitations I was not able to make the shell screwable so for the time being I have glued it together (hot glue so removal is possible). This case does fit very very tight so be prepared to do a little clearancing if your printer is not correctly calibrated.
