Since the Raspberry Pi Pico doesn't come with headers soldered, you're going to have to get used to doing this. This quick-to-print jig holds the pins in just the right place for the board.
It's really hard to print fine-pitch details like 2.54 mm headers. There's a modification you can make in the OpenSCAD code to make the holes larger if your printer is closing them up.
Includes holes for the three SWD headers, even though you may want to attach them on the other side or use 90° “STM32 Tailpipe”-style headers.
