A case for Raspberry Pi 4 with the Gert VGA 666 addon.
Stole a few design ideas from the excellent "Raspberry Pi 4 case (40mm fan)", https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3723481, which I used before getting the VGA hat.
There are two versions of the top part; one to be printed without bottom or top shells, leaving the infill visible, and one with a fan grille, if you want a solid top, or better ventilation. For a solid bottom, just print the regular one with bottom and top shells.
My settings were:
5 perimeters
Honeycomb infill, 30% density
0 bottom and top shells
This can of course be adjusted to one's own taste. Otherwise I used the default Prusaslicer settings for PETG.
4 pcs M3x25 panhead screws are required to hold the case together. I recommend tapping the standoffs, but it should be possible to thread them with the screws too. Might be an idea to use somewhat shorter screws if trying that.
If the print comes out with too much play in the fan holder, a few strips of electrical tape or similar along the fan's sides will do the trick.
Had to open up the holes in the VGA adapter slightly to fit the screws through them, they were just short of 3 mm in diameter.
Haven't done any temperature benchmarks, but my Pi 4 running Lakka, which really taxes the Pi when emulating an N64, never throttles in this case with a 5V 40 mm fan running at 3.3V.
