This is a BLTouch sensor mount for a Railcore II 3D printer. For an E3D V6 hot end, the mount produces probe offset values of X0 Y23 Z0.25, which is about as close as you can get the probe to the hot end. Z offset may vary depending on nozzle and probe standoff hardware. The mount has a hole to insert a hex wrench so the probe can be adjusted without unmounting it.
