When taking panoramic photos or panning videos, the axis of rotation should be flat. There are many ways to level the camera, but I think the leveling base is a useful camera device that allows you to level quickly and easily. Half ball and bowl are a popular method for professional video heads and tripods. Leveling is quick and easy with an intuitive method of use.
In film/video professional shooting equipment, 150mm, 100mm, etc. are preferred and are very sturdy and stable. However, it's too heavy for an amateur user, so I don't think that big, heavy equipment like this is always the best option. For' small and light' cameras, a 'light' leveling base is sufficient.
So I wanted to make a light leveling half ball & bowl adapter and riser cradle compatible with existing 100mm or 75mm half ball bow adapters.
Additional parts require a 3/8" threaded rod and a 3/8" hex nut. (Refer to the link below for details)
However, although it is made by 3D printing and is light, compared to products made of aluminum alloys or metal, the strength to withstand relatively heavy loads is poor, and there is a risk of being damaged by an external impact. Therefore, it is not suitable for rough shooting scenes or where heavy equipment is supported. It should be noted that the stiffness of the printout is greatly affected by the selection of the filament material and quality, and internal filling during printing, as it has not been fully tested to determine how much camera load it can be used stably.

(I personally designed a bowl adapter to fit the tripod I'm using, but the connection/fixation method is not a recognized standard and I don't intend to recommend a specific tripod, so I excluded it from shared files.)
