Quarterstaff Fight For G3M

Most cultures have developed some form of stick fighting. The system used by the English from the medieval period through the Elizabethan and later used a staff between seven and eight feet in length. The Elizabethan master, George Silver considered it superior to most other weapons of the time when used correctly.
