Quadfusion Print Head Mount for Type A Machines Series 1

I'll add more info on this later, but here it is for anybody who might want to give this a try with this very specific combination of hardware. I made this fit about as good as it will get. Modification to metal X carriage required (i.e. cutting), removal of X ribbon, and addition of new cable whip also required to make this all work.
Duet mounting brackets might be added later too, but even though I made them work for me... they could still use some work to be more universal to all Series 1 printers.
