A heat chamber to keep the build area warm and as less ventilated as possible.
Since I usually print ABS I decided to close the existing gap on the backside of the acrylic cover structure that's on top of the printer. Since filament and cables are fed in though the back I had the extend to cover accordingly. The back is closed by two printed part (sideA and sideB), plus an extra overhead transparency (DIN A4, other sizes might fit as well) that are all glued to the acrylic cover.
Both sides are very thin, i.e. usually they should print transparent with the lattice and logo clearly visible.
And I also added a bridge to support the filament supply (avoiding that is pulled down too much and then collides with the sides of the acrylic structure moving it around with loud noise during printing).
Designed in IceSL and Cura (3D logo creation)
