A small shack / play house / dog house / extra storage ... based on a design by Derek 'Deek' Diedricksen. This structure can be built by 1 person in about a day or 2 people in a few hours. It consists of 5 4'x8' sheets of OSB (3/4' thickness recommended), roofing of choice & siding of choice. It is recommended to at least paint the boards and use a minimum of roofing felt as roofing material to protect the OSB from moisture. Tyvek sheeting is also suggested, but not required. It is also recommended to plant some protected 4'x 4' posts as footings on the 4 corners and at the mid-points of the front & back. This will also lift it from the ground to protect it from moisture (especially if the exposed underside is water sealed like with Thompson's). This structure stands 6' 11 1/16' at it’s highest point. To form the front and rear triangle faces, simply cut 2 4'x8' OSB sheets to 4' x 6' 11 1/16'. Strike a chalk line from one upper corner to the opposite lower corner and cut.
