Remix of the Prusa RC3 faceshield: https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/25857-prusa-protective-face-shield-rc3
This one uses letter-size plastic (landscape) or tabloid size (portrait, trimmed) punched with North American standard 3-hole spacing of 4.25". By design, you will have to pull the plastic tight to stretch it onto the pegs.
Various straps can be used, but these pictures show a standard 7" rubber band inside a section of 3/16" tubing. Two 1/8" I.D. O-rings keep it on the cleats.
