i didnt want to take the printer apart so i designed this split body version. i unfastened the 2 nuts on either ide of the stock pully holder, and literally cut away the stock holder (with a dremel). moved the nuts and washers back to center and press fit this into place.
no supports needed i have sacrificial single layers in the print. 4 walls, 25%infill i used
hardware needed:
6x m3 nuts
2x m3x20mm screws
4x m3x10mm screws
