I tried the fan duct by Crunch3D and thought it could use some big improvements. It had rather poor airflow, and that was what I wanted to improve. This new model uses the same exact mounting system but greatly improves airflow, mostly by removing the 45 degree angle between the fan and the output. The airflow still isn't as good as the stock blower fan but it is getting closer. It is 5% lighter than Crunch3D's model and comes in at 27.38 grams when printed in PETG. Utilizes the stock airduct to direct the air. This design also uses interference fit pegs instead of screws to hold the fan in, which hold quite securely.
I am currently working on a model that bypasses this part, which should greatly improve the airflow. Enjoy!
