11/09/2014 - I found an error in the hole for the screw that holds the 624zz bearing as it was too small (strange as the original I have was the wrong size too) by 1mm as it was designed for a 3mm but should have been sized for a M4. This has been corrected and reuploaded in the two files.
.
.I could not find any source files to work with for my I3 Rework so I am slowly making SW source files for them. All of them are painstakingly done by hand so may not be an identical copy. and/or may be missing something I overlooked, but are as close as I will get to the originals.
.
Last night I found this part broken as I had noticed my printing in the X direction was slightly funky. When I examined the printer I noticed my belt was slightly loose and upon closer inspection I see that the place for the M3 screw that holds the 624zz in was broken at the top and at the nut hole. I am not sure when this happenened so I got on the case to make this. It will hold me over until I strengthen it and add a belt tightener.
.
I am still doing these in SW 2014 until June then I will be switching up to 2015 that way others will have upgraded by then and still use my work.
