Just finished model creation (2015-12-12), will print tomorrow and test fit Chimera and BLTouch sensor.
This model is built using measurements taken from invent0r's STL file. The complete model is a fresh build in 123D Design using those measurements as well as design doc specs from Charles Lee and the BLTouch team.
Edit(2015-12-14) Printed it out yesterday and parts fit is pretty good. The usual touch up of holes with a drill, but hex openings are perfect for the 4mm nuts. BLTouch pin is inline with the two extrusion nozzles and the retracted pin is between 2.5 and 3mm above the nozzles. Time will tell if that is the correct position, but if anything it will need to be shimmed down with washers I'm guessing. Could really use a print cooling fan that mounts to this in some fashion.....
Edit(2015-12-14) Uploaded new version without text labels but including mount points for print cooling fans. I'm going to leverage the fan ducts and mounting arms from Thingy #540716. I will print it tomorrow and check fit and function.
Edit(2015-12-15) Printed out the new version with fan mounts and it looks like it is going to work well. Now for the dreaded tear down and conversion from stock to Chimera.....hopefully it will be worth the effort.
Edit(2015-12-21) Tear down completed over the weekend and all parts fit perfectly. Only issue is that the standard Pi3 Rework x-axis endpoint switch location is not being hit. I ended up gluing on a piece of scrap print so that it would hit the switch. Today I added the x-axis endpoint trigger "finger" to the design and reprinted using the printer with the previous mount version. I will replace the mount with the new version tonight if I get a chance. In regards to the BLTouch sensor and mount, it's perfect lines up with no y-axis offset, 19mm x-axis offset, and -.48mm z-axis offset. Took me a few tries to get everything set correctly, but now it's smooth as silk and I no longer need to worry about getting the bed 100% level manually, though I will plan to check it from time to time and give it a rough manual leveling if necessary mainly to deal with the chimera requiring a fairly level bed so both nozzles are at the same relative height from the bed.
I will try to take some real pictures of the part and perhaps a quick vid of it in action. (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KbuQ6rgdl1c&feature=youtu.be)
