NEW VERSION HERE: https://www.myminifactory.com/object/original-prusa-i3-mk2-camera-mount-26525
EDIT: 2016-10-08
Added a more "bulky" vertical arm with a flat top as well as a top mount for my Logitech C160. I'll glue the top to onto the arm.

EDIT: 2016-07-07
With higher temperatures on the heated bed, the PLA version I first printed melted down, so I recommend using PETG, ABS or similar.
EDIT: 2016-07-01
V2: Redesigned it a lot! This is not as "wiggly" sideways

Tired of my time laps being all chaotic and I wanted to mount my camera onto the build plate for better time lapses.
Since the extruder uses the whole plate I needed to use the frame that the buildplate sits upon to attach my camera "arm". I'm still waiting for my long Raspberry Pi Camera cable (1 meter), so I cant add a time lapse example now but will do that as soon as I receive it. I've uploaded the view from the long arm at least. The long arm can be dissembled to a short arm as well if you print smaller models or just want to keep track of your print. Use M2 bolts to secure the arm to the metal frame as well as the two arms together to get that extra length. Also the camera case itself can be attached using M2 bolts and nut.
