After building a prusa clone I found that the prints remained too hot and warped/melted and caused inconsistent and unreliable prints. After using a few printers with coolers, I figured the best way to improve my printer was to build this. As the one single thing I've changed with the printer, it has made the world of difference, turning a cheap clone printer into a reliable workhorse.
This blower sits against the print head, so I recommend ABS for better warpage resistance (air should be constantly flowing through it so it shouldn't melt).
Requirements:
12v 40mm fan
4 x 15-20mm length wood/plastic screws
