This is a basic remix of Laurb's PCB Prototype Board Holders that you can run in the customizer to create a holder for any size board. Mounting holes are expected to be 2mm in diameter and offset from the edges by 2mm.

Added option to remove mount hole pins and add endstops for boards without mounting holes.

Added option to adjust the height of the standoffs.
