This is a remix of 3DVerkstan Protective Visor (https://3dverkstan.se/protective-visor/). The original one requires eight holes to be laser cut on the transparent film. My version uses only four, and they can be made using a regular hole punch set at 5.5 cm.
Requirements:
A 8.5" x 11" transparent sheet (the ones used with old overhead projectors)
A two-holes hole punch (picture included).
You need to set the number of perimeters to something high. I use 50. This is to ensure the whole part is printed using perimeters only. This will help to print it faster if you are making lots of them like me, since the printer does not have to zig-zag on the thin features.
You can print two parts at the same part in a Prusa i3 printer if you are smart positioning them. A Prusa Slicer project file is included, as well as an STL with two parts arranged to fit in a Prusa i3 printer and other similarly sized printers.
