These files will create an extruder mounting platform and cooling fan shroud to be fitted to the Polakium Engineering or my own X axis carriage for the Printrbot Plus Ver 1. The extruder is of the 1.75mm fliament variety fitted with 0.4mm nozzle.
The extruder I used for this design was created from parts available from RobotDigg.com. Here is a list of the components. Obviously they are generic for the most part and can be acquired anywhere.

PTFE Liner Thermal Barrier Tube
NEMA 17 17HS3001-20B Stepper Motor
MK8 0.4mm Nozzle
40mm 12 volt fan.
Rev 1G fan shroud has additional channeling for cooling air to circulated around the stepper motor further dissipating excess heat.
The extruder I used for this design was created from parts available from RobotDigg.com. Here is a list of the components. Obviously they are generic for the most part and can be acquired anywhere.
