This is a mash up of these two face shields. Credit for snap design goes to HanochH where I first saw the idea.

Here is why this is one of the best designs of face shields available right now:
It doesn't require a hole punch to work, thus making it universal across the world
It holds the plastic much stiffer than the designs with the hole punches
It works with multiple size plastic sheets including Letter (8.5"x11") and A4 (210mm x 297mm)
The plastic sheets can be installed landscape or portrait
Enclosed top version provides protection to the forehead
Vented version available
Behind the ear loops based off of the 3Dverkstan design means no elastic is needed, but the loops are there in case you want to add a rubber band or hair tie
I've included the Fusion360 file and STEP file for those who would like to customize the design and add different elastic band/ear loops to suit their needs.
The sheets used in the photos are Letter size transparency sheets which I bought from amazon: https://amzn.to/2wNIpG3
Printed it PETG to aid in flexibility and sterilization. Print time is approx 1hr 15min using 0.3mm layer height, 4 perimeters, 80mm/s print speeds.
Please optimize/remix this design and let's make it the best one out there!
