Prescot Parish Church, dedicated to St Mary, is located in the town of Prescot, Merseyside, England. It is designated by English Heritage as a Grade I listed building, and is an active Anglican parish church. There have been at least two churches on this site, the first from as early as 1100. The present church was largely rebuilt in 1610 of local sandstone, and the existing nave, chancel,and roof are all of this date. Of the earlier church, only the vestry, font and parts of the chancel walls survive. The present tower was built in 1729 and the spire in 1797.
