I seen various design fan nozzles here, but they was not an acceptable solution for this or that reason, or have some disadvantages. The one of main reason is, that I have chinese knock-off of Prusa i3 printer. Found on ebay for 200 Euros as dyi set. I know, I know... don't beat me. But despite some disadvantages and flaws, working well. Better than I thought. For the price I paid, definitely can't complaint.
So let's look why I reject other designs:
too low airflow
too complicated
need another screws, bolts or fitting.
not so easy or fast to remove
not fit to my printer for some reason
My list of requirements was very short:
must fit to standard laptop CPU fan, removed from broken laptop (widely used standard)
no screws, no special fittings
easy to remove anytime
good airflow
For install nozzle holder it require unscrew head stepper motor (and eject filament) only once. Then is easy to install or remove fan cooling nozzle itself anytime.
The fan from laptop mostly have 5V power needs, so you most likely must add some step-down element from 12V source. Perfect solution is any small 12V USB Car Power Cigarette Lighter Socket Charger Adapter. Or you can build your own with LM7805 chip. It's up to you.
The videos how easy is to remove ad/or installing fan, are here:

(I am sorry for focusing issue in video, it was recorded with my new mobile phone and I did not figured yet how to fix this)
Enjoy it!
