The WAF-ML-AC-30 portable evaporative cooling system is an air chiller that combines a non-sparking fan and dry mist technology to cool work areas that do not have access to traditional air conditioning. This portable unit is supported by a manual, crank-style mast on a cart for elevated cooling at heights of 7-12 feet, allowing operators to deploy the air chiller in different locations with ease. The air mister is equipped with a 34-gallon tank and two separate water filters to cool the work environment for up to eight hours.

This Larson Electronics evaporative cooling unit uses dry mist technology. The air chiller ensures that your work environment stays dry while lowering the ambient temperature. With a 30" fan and eight spray nozzles, this unit is applicable to work areas with smaller access ways. This portable cooling system will automatically shut off once the water reservoir is empty, so operators don't need to worry about burning out the pumps.

With a fan unit running at 8723 RPM, this portable misting unit can chill down any industrial or commercial space in need of a cool down. Since one tank can easily last an entire work shift, there is no need for messy hose connections running throughout the work space. It is designed to be self-maintaining, therefore operators will not need to interrupt their work to replace pads or clean the nozzles.

This unit comes with a 30" spark proof aluminum blade, enclosed wires and motors. The fan blades are spark resistant and the unit is easily transportable to various job sites. This cooler can easily be transfered via the wheeled cart system. The unit connects to power using a 20' cord terminated in a general area plug. This unit operates on 120V or 220V AC and has an amp draw of 6.62A on a 120V AC system.

Wiring/Plug: This general use portable evaporative cooling system is equipped with 20 feet of 16/3 chemical and abrasion resistant SOOW cord that is fitted with an industrial grade cord cap for easy connection to common wall outlets. Plug options include standard 5-15 15 amp straight blade plug for 110V wall outlets with ground, standard 6-15 15 amp straight blade plug for 220-240V wall outlets with ground, NEMA L5-15 15 amp twist lock plug for 125V twist lock outlets, NEMA L6-15 15 amp twist lock plug for 240V twist lock outlets, British BS1363 13 amp fused 3-blade plug for United Kingdom outlets, or a two pin 16 amp rated Schuko plug with ground contact and socket for European outlets up to 250V. Alternatively, we can provide flying leads with no plug for hard wire applications or for operators who prefer to wire in user provided cord caps. Mast: The WAF-ML-AC-30 features an extendable tower that can be adjusted from 7 to 12 feet in height for maximum cooling in hard-to-reach locations or elevated positions. A single hand crank allows operators to easily raise or lower the tower as needed. The tower is constructed of heavy gauge steel for durability, and a tough powder coat finish provides protection against rust and corrosion. The base of the tower is fitted with four solid wheels to allow easy positioning; the operator can simply roll it into the desired location as needed. The flat bed area supports the unit's water tank and other working components.
