EDIT7: Yeah... Fortunately for me, not so much for you guys, I got a Job and started my PhD... So I wont be able to take any more requests for the pokedex case... But I'm not that bad of a person... I uploaded the SolidWorks files so you can modify it the way you want... I only kindly ask that you upload your version as a remix or if you plan to upload the files elsewhere, at least make a reference to this post... So that's all... Thank you for liking so much this case :D
EDIT6: So... I decided it was too much of a hassle for me to look for the measurements myself for every phone I was asked to customize, therefore, I added an image with the measurements I need to do this. Please add these data so I can customize your case fast. Here is the list of what I need:

EDIT5: Added 5 more models (Moto G4/G4plus, Nexus6, Zenfone3 and HTCM8) I dont know if they will fir propperly... please feel free to give me any feed back. Sorry IF I took too long... was on my vacations.
EDIT4: Added 1 new model (HTC E8). Now... there wasn't any 3d model online of this phone, so, I'm not sure about the accuracy of the side buttons and camera location... please review these before printing and tell if I should change anything.

EDIT2: Fixed iphone 5s thickness... I was off by around 1mm and didn't fit, I changed this and now it should work. If any of you notice that the measures of your model are off or have any suggestion please make it in the comment section and I'll try to fix it ASAP. Sorry, my bad :(

Every phone has 3 pieces of their own and are the following:

Download those 3 and for the finishing details there are the other pieces (that works on every model) that you can print in other colors so it looks cooler.
You can also add the team logo in front of the case (see pics). I've uploaded the 3 team logos for 2-color print.

This case only adds 4mm on the sides and 2mm in the front/back, it won't leave your phone as a huge monstrosity (The Iphone 5S version is the best, so tiny and cute haha) and in some models leaves the phone with access to all side buttons and even the audio jack.
