There are several variations you can make of the Pocket Time Machine: single color, multi-color and with a clock insert or without one. Select the STL file(s) depending on which one you want to print and your capacity to print multiple colors. No support is needed to print these working gears!
If you want to add the clock insert, they are available from Amazon http://a.co/fqtFfsz or Klockit https://www.klockit.com/29-32-white-clock-insert-with-gold-bezel.html. Make sure you print the version with the notch for the clock stem (see closeup photo).
If you don't want to add the clock, the inlayed dots can be used to set the time manually. Check out this video to see how the dot on the small gear moves around the fixed dot on the large center gear: https://youtu.be/DtN8mjixm40
Update #1: I added a version of the "base" file without the inlay dots that can be used to print the multiple-color version. Both gear versions have the same "negative" dot as the one color version. So you now have two options for the "base" (with and without the dots) and two options for the "gears" (with or without the clock insert notch).
