My pitcher plant stopped producing new pitchers. Given some cursory googling, it seems like the problem is the low humidity in my new place. To solve this, I designed a planter with an extra rim that can be filled with gravel and water to provide some additional humidity around the plant.
I've had the plant hanging in its new home for about a month. So far the nepenthes is much happier, but no new pitchers have developed completely, so the jury is still out on whether this is an effective solution. However, I do think it's pretty.
To make your own, just print it out and secure it to a hook with string or chain from the four attachment points. You'll need to make sure the four strings or chains you use are particularly even so the container is level.
