Pinewood Derby Axle Mount with 1 degree inclination when mounted level.
This fits snugly in the axle slot of a standard pinewood derby block and can be easily aligned and glued in place.
The standard issue nail/axle fits in the hole with about 5 mm of the nail hanging out the back.
If fits in snugly and in the ones I printed does not need to be glued in.
There is about < 1 mm of lash on the wheel hub, <.5 mm on either side. ( Very little )
The wheel can be removed to add graphite and replaced very easily.
There is a built in -1 degree of camber built into the hole. This is obvious form the 3D model view and not obvious with the naked eye.
