Pine Ridge Village is located on South Campus west of the Walkup Skydome and east of McConnell. The complex is accessible from Pine Knoll Drive to the South, McConnell Service Drive to the west and McConnell Drive to the North. The complex consists of 6 independent apartment style buildings, 4 buildings consist of 12 apartments and 2 buildings consisting of 18 apartments. Each apartment houses 4 students in private accommodations. Total occupancy is 336 students and opened in August 2002. Each apartment consists of 4 private bedrooms which include phone, internet and television capabilities; 2 full bathrooms; 1 common/living room; clothes washer and drying facility; 1 kitchen including stove, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. Apartments are completely furnished.
