Remix to make the cap self threading.
Using the default of this one https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:34517 resized to 96%
and merged in MeshMixer with this one https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4651117
Should stay on long enough for the unwitting to notice, and wonder, "WTF!? Why?"
At the current size in the STL it self threads onto a US schrader valve. It DOES NOT already have the threads in it. The threads get created the first time you screw them onto the valve.
For non-US valves you may have to modify the MIX file in MeshMixer.
