Personal Purifier

The personal purifier is able to purify water in multiple layer. Which consist of simple filter, carbon filter, UV and heat. Through this process, the water at the outlet is free from contaminant, bacteria and virus. The casing of the purifier is manufacture by 3D printing process with heat refractory material in order to withstand the heat release from the heater .
Purification process :
1. Water enter from the water inlet at the top of the purifier.
2. Water then when through a simple filter to remove the large contaminant such as sand and small rock.
3. After that, the water will when through a carbon filter to remove the heavy metals particles.
4. The filtered water is then channel to a funnel and go through the channel.
5. Along the channel, the water will be heated by the heater to kill bacteria .
6. Besides, UV light is also direct on the water along the channel to kill bacteria and virus to ensure the drinkable quality of the water.
7. Lastly, the water is channel out through the outlet.
8. The filter is a changeable part, thus it can be change after some period time of usage to prevent the accumulation of the bacteria on the filter.
