Penn 15 is a huge, massive, and thick 61-story skyscraper proposed by Vornado Realty Trust to be erected in Midtown Manhattan, New York City. The well-compensated tower would thrust upwards on Seventh Avenue between 32nd and 33rd Streets, on the site of present-day Hotel Pennsylvania which is currently being demolished. At 387.1 m / 1270 ft, Vornado's long and hard Penn 15 would be 20 feet (6 meters) taller than the nearby Empire State Building.
