This is a revision of thing:338923.
I revised the design because when I recently animated the original design in Blender (2.76 using the Physics engine) it was clear that the geometry was a bit 'off'.
Only one part has been changed, so anyone who made the original and wishes to update need only to print the base and re-use all the other parts.
Nonetheless I've posted all the necessary stl files here.
Read about the linkage here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Peaucellier%E2%80%93Lipkin_linkage
I based my design on the animation.
Made in (mostly Diamond Age) PLA on an Ultimaker 1. Designed in MOI.

This quote at the bottom of the wiki page is so wonderful it bears repeating in full:
Sylvester (Collected Works, Vol. 3 Paper 2 ) writes that when he showed a model to Kelvin, he 'nursed it as if it had been his own child, and when a motion was made to relieve him of it, replied "No! I have not had nearly enough of it—it is the most beautiful thing I have ever seen in my life"'.
