UPDATE: 03.03.2021
Hello guys, this PC was a project of mine about 3,5 Years ago, it is no longer used by me and at the time I made this, I was a beginner in CAD and 3d printing, to be honest this is quite bad. So downloading and building with own risk I guess :) I have a new project PC that I will upload soon.
This is my latest custom pc. there are a few parts missing becouse i am not finished with this build. I am going to install a custom Watercooling with copper pipes later. Updates will come.
Update 07.07.2018: The Copper Watercooling is starting now, I already printed most of the holding brackets for the Watercooling components such as the Radiator mount, Reservoir and pump mount.
For the Basic Case,
you need to print 7 white Hexagons and 5 black Hexagons
(The Motherboard holding plate is made from the ''Monitor stand to Motherboard Adapter" (PLS Notice this Adapter mount is for a Acer xz271 Monitor stand) and a Total of 7 Hexagons) I glued everything together with super glue. As it is this Motherboard holding system works for mATX Boards. I used m3 electrical standoffs they are basicly normal Motherboard standoffs, only difference is the standard Metric m3 thread. These standoffs are mounted to the plate by drilling holes into the plastic and fixing them on the back with nuts.
For the GPU mount,
you need another 3 Hexagons, the "GPU Halter" (in English: GPU Holding system), a pcie x16 riser cable (Dont buy the cheap ebay risers, trust me they are trash) my riser cable is from lian li and the "GPU Halter klemmen"
I glued everything together with super glue, be carefull to glue the "GPU Halter klemmen" together in the correct distance from each other for your GPU. In my case I have a KFA2 GTX 1070.
For the ssd mount,
you need one Hexagon and the "SSD Halter" if you dont want to mount a Radiator you can just glue the "SSD Halter" to the Hexagon on the lowest right side of the Motherboard plate. Be carefull to watch the clearence for youre cpu cooling system and youre Ram. The SSD is just stuck onto the Hexagon with double sided tape.
For all the Watercooling components you need one more Hexagon, two "radi mount" (BE CAREFULL you need to mirror one of them with youre slicing software) and the "agb holding plate"
When printed the hole Watercooling system will be self explaining on how to put it together, if not you can always ask me or look at the pictures.
The Ram covers are from another guy, https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2748260 here is a link to him. (I am very thankfull for this guy Ram cover file so go to him and give him a like.)
I replaced my Monitor stand on my Acer xz271 Monitor with this guys Monitor mount https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2700618 (give him a like as well)
I printed everything with 20% infill and PLA on my Anet A8 Printer, I used an 8mm Brim on all of them. The layer height is 0,2mm.
