I decided I had enough of the lousy loud LM8UU bearings (bearings are already falling out of my Chinese made ones) so I put my LM8UU support brace and my IGUS styled bushings together to form an all in one unit.
.
IMine are printed in ABS but I would have loved to have done them in Nylon.
.
The parametric parts are for the inner diameter as well as the number of teeth.
For those without access to Solidworks 2014, or greater, I have included a six and an eight tooth version (I use the six tooth version).
.
This will lift your bed up ever so slightly as I noticed that when using bushings, or bearings, it doesn't give much room for wearing down and was way too close for comfort for bushings. I don't want my 22 dollar rod being scratched up by the Aluminum Y plate if it decides to wear down mid print and I am not around.
