Please note I posted a more generic linear bearing part that allows you to configure the linear bearing to be customized according to your needs: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2476782. Also check out my parametric bearing housing model which can be used with these bearing designs: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2520976
Note: the design will be updated as I'm still improving it. Instead of a download, save the thing (like or collect) so that you can download the latest version when you are going to print it.
In testing the POM filament I received recently and I wanted to create a parametric design in OpenSCAD to make some test prints and see how these turn out.
POM is great filament for strong parts and has great properties that allow it to be used as a bearing material.
The model is free to share and can easily be provided with alternative parameter values to suit your needs.
Updated the tolerance on the inner diameter and added a shrinkage parameter to allow material shrinkage. I'm using POM to print these bearings which have a measured shrinkage of about 2.5% (in literature 2% is reported for injection mold products). Note that the shrinkage value is set to 1.0, you should enter your own value for your own material. Preferably use POM, Nylon or the more expensive option Iglidur.
An example STL of a RJMP-01-08 has been added, but you should generate your own.
