It is meant to be used with pancake.cloud college project, but it will work as a project box just fine.
With ESP8266, arduino nano you can fit 2,4 or 6 AA batteries or lipo. With arduino due or Mega2560 it will fit 2-4 AA's. It will fit orangePi and raspberyPi, some of these will fraction fit, some of them will have to be screwed in or hot-glued. Amount how many batteries you will fit inside will depend if you will populate the sensors or not. Without sensors I managed to fit two Mega256 boards and 1 cell lipo, but not much space spare for anything else.
Because it can be configured in so many ways, I didn't wanted to dictate what can be fitted inside or how, so it's up to your improvisation to mount and organize the PCBs. Some fit better than others, but with enough persistence it can accommodate lot of possibilities.
Back can be wall mounted, can contain QR codes, be clean or have no wall mount at all.
Has holes on bottom and top for small slider switch and a push button (so 2 sliders and 2 buttons in total). If you will not use front holes for sensors you can modify / tweak it to host a LCD screen. Probably the back can be turned around and the LCD can be in the back and then then the back would act as front.
To place custom standoffs just epoxy glue small rubber gaskets in desired places and then use selftapping screws.
If you have some specific desires for a modification feel free to ask me and I will see what I can do. This box was intended to be reused for multiple scenarios.
