Here is promised very minimalist handle for my painting templates

You do not need it using template with printed text, but You will, building text from single letters/signs with different fonts and painting on vertical surface (i.e.wall). In this case only template height matters - prepare Your text with the same template height. You can build Your frame from several elements, depends of Your text length.
This set is prepared for templates 2mm thick with letter distance from bottom/top minimum 10mm
Step by step how to
Print few frames (equal number),say 6 and handles (minimum 4).
Screw handles to 4 frames with M4 screw (conical head)- use one of middle holes.
Screw one M4 screw in last hole (threaded, conical head).
Make 2 sets - 2 frames with handles + one clear
Assemble 1 set and tight with wing nuts (preferable). Do it with 2nd.
Prepare 2 pcs of threaded M8 bolt, longer than template height+2*frame depth, 4 M8 hex nuts & 4 M8 wing nuts. Hex nuts will be used as limiters for painting template, wing nuts to secure.
Put bolts through handles and You are almost ready
Use double sided tape to glue Your templates to the frame (I prefer one used to keep carpet in the place, very thin), tight wing nuts and You are ready. I think, that You do not need the tape if Your template is thicker than 1mm, but lets test it.
It is customizable.
If You use OpenScad, beware - show of assembled frames takes time.
Enjoy
