Optical Stop Sensor Mount for Y Bed, intended for P3 Steel. The flag included here is customized for my setup, not for standard P3 Steel, use this flag to make your own design.
Flag alignment guides simply assembly, loosely tighten all screws, then move carriage forcing flag into housing, then tighten all screws, done!! No shims, not visual adjustments, no fear of stubbing on sensor!
Included is optical sensor model for comparison to components you may purchase.
Uses M3 screws for mounting to P3 Steel frame, captive inserted M3 nuts. The optical sensor screws in with self tapping screws.
The sensor housing provides
protection against the flag stubbing on sensor,
self alignment deformable guildes for easy setup assembly on your machine
provision for clearing of debris from sensor, via gravity port
