I present a new head for our PRUSA, designed in style to be functional, simple to assemble and light at the same time as robust.
Among its characteristics:
Lightweight, only 183g, and may be lighter if POM plastic bearings are installed and an E3D v6 (shorter would require a revision that is on the way.
Narrow, its diamond-shaped design makes you win a few millimeters that always come well and prepares the way for a double Bownden upright (also on the way)
Robust, printed only at 20% density gives lightness and robustness to support almost everything;) (I want to do tests for a Dremel 200.
BLTouch (Optional), It has a hole designed for the mentioned Autolevel.
Fan layer (Optional), 40x40mm at the back without losing print surface (depends on your printer configuration).
Character, gives our PRUSA an elegant and at the same time serious professional character in the design.
NOTE: This design is designed to use brass inserts, but self-locking nuts can be used without problems as shown in the following pictures:

Les presento un nuevo cabezal para nuestras PRUSA, diseñado con estilo para ser funcional, sencillo de montar y ligero al mismo tiempo que robusto.
Entre sus características:
Ligero, solo 183g, y puede ser mas ligero si se instalan rodamientos IGUS de plástico POM y un E3D v6 (al ser mas corto se necesitaría una revisión que esta en camino.
Estrecho, su diseño en forma de diamante hace que se ganen unos milímetros que siempre vienen bien y prepara el camino para un Bownden doble en vertical (también en camino)
Robusto, impreso solo a 20% de densidad otorga ligereza y robustez para soportarlo casi todo ;) (quiero hacer pruebas para una Dremel 200.
BLTouch (Opcional), Dispone de un hueco diseñado a propósito para el Autolevel mencionado.
Ventilador de capa (Opcional), de 40x40mm en la parte de atrás sin perder superficie de impresión (depende configuración de tu impresora).
Carácter, otorga a nuestra PRUSA un elegante y a su vez serio carácter profesional en el diseño.
NOTA: Este diseño esta preparado para usar insertos de latón, pero pueden usarse tuercas autoblocantes sin problemas como muestran las siguientes imágenes:
