Oxygen splitter

3D printable at 200microns 20%hex infill, out of pla (transparent on pictures, so those are not holes). Not tested with ABS yet, but it should work.
Note, that it needs decent direct cooling while being printed.
Also some minor tweaks are necessary, I will do them in a few days. Total printing time is around 1 hours with my experimental printer, at 200mm/s.
Update1: The splitter chamber is working, it has no measureable leaking (I have no equipment for this, so I just held two of the orifices closed, and blew in the third with a compressor). I used 3 walls, and 4-4 top/bottom solid layers.
