Overflow Grill for Aquarium 1mm spacing Skimmer by Generalx5

This is an overflow sieve I designed for my 36 gallon Freshwater aquarium. This is intended to skim the surface of any oils and films while keeping the small fry away from the canister filter intake and catch basin. It is designed to fit over a 3mm plexi separator that is already in my tank. For customization, please see the very bottom.
Size:
Spacing in the grills are 1mm apart and matches the ones used in my hang on tank hatchery for fish fry.
95mm wide by 80mm tall.
There are lots of fillets and chamfers on this piece so you may need to use high resolution on your printer to get it to print nicely.
Print Settings:
-Solid Piece, with 15% zigzag support density with triangle mesh interface.
Printed my first piece using 0.2mm layer height, and that worked, but for best results I would suggest smaller layer heights and smaller nozzle
Here is the original Cad file, you can adjust the clip-on thickness by changing the extrusion distance, default is 3mm.
