This is a model of a building / skyscraper made of steel and glass. Base of Building covered by stone tiles. Can be a hotel or typical city building.
One object one material. Model consists of two object - one building and second object with light emmision material, which colour can be changed.
Textures 1k : Normal Map, Diffuse Map, Roughness Map and Metallic Map.
(Mesh details Object Building_X - 1000 polygons and object with light emmision Building_X_light - 600 polygons, UV unwraped - for half building, another side symetrized)
