Updates
06/12/2015 - I have added mounts dual hotends and i have changed the addon system to a modular one.
06/12/2015 - I have added mounts for automatic bed levelling proximity-sensors for diameters up to 15mm, if you want support for any bigger sized sensors please let me know!
01/12/2015 - First release, with support for Rotoscan's cable chain.
What Is It?
If you are upgrading your prusa i3 hotend to the E3D V6 or an equivalent hot-end with the standard groove mount, you will need some way of mounting it to your x-carriage. The mount attaches to the x-carriage using the same four hole mounting system that is used on the prusa I3 rework, so you will need to print off a compatible x-carriage.
This design uses a clamp so your hotend will stay firmly in place and wont wobble around. This x-carriage comes with support for a cable chain, specifically the one by Rotoscan (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:11978). It also has a cable management hole at the back to manage the cables from your hot-end and fans.
More features are on the way including fan mounts, other cable chain support and a mount for automatic bed sensors. Please comment on anything you want me to implement.
