Ormerod 2, 2nd fan mount/deflector by Emdahus

Ever since I replaced my hot end for the new version I have been checking Thingy.. for a design for a second print cooling fan.
I did not manage to find any that I liked so I threw together one of my own.
It's not perfect but working OK for me so I will let it be as it is for the time being.
Figured I'd upload it and maybe somebody is more skilled and motivated than me might modify and make a better version.
With a bit of cooling and luck it can be printed without supports. Mine came out fine on the first attempt. I decided to thread the printed part and have the screws more or less just pinch it in place, I'm sure there is a better way to solve this but this works well enough for me. I had to file the acrylic part a bit to make the holes line up. Because of the proximity to the hot-end I put a piece of Aluminum tape on the part facing the hot-end to try and disperse some of the heat. For ABS printing I installed a small jumper so I can disable the fan.
It will be interesting to see next time I print ABS if it can handle the heat. Most likely I need to re print it in ABS. (I mostly just print PLA anyways)
