Apple Telephone & Telegraph Model 'I' desk stand, the original iPhone. The phone, introduced in 1911, comes with the G3 magneto/battery box and the 1921 'hockey-puck' dial accessory, all in stunning white and transparent cobalt-blue Bakelite. The infamous 'hockey-puck' dial accessory wasn't all that functional, and was eventually moved onto the base of the phone. Of course, back then the Apple logo was an entire apple--the company removed the bite in a fit of pique at telephone deregulation in the early 1970's, but I've used the modern logo as it's instantly recognizable. Obviously, I'm kidding. It's purely a design exercise.
