These are designed to work with a BT-20 body tube. I highly recommend buying paper body tubes rather than 3D printing them, since a printed body tube adds a lot of weight.
For a complete rocket build you will need:
Nose cone
Nose cone 'pin' (cap for nose cone)
Fin unit of your choice
Launch lug ring
Standard engine mount ring
9" BT-20 tube (standard tube is 18", so you can make 2 rockets from one tube)
Engine retaining hook (I make my own from thick paper clips)
Recovery system of your choice.
For this size rocket, I like to use a streamer, 1" wide by 2 foot long. Mylar gift wrap works great, light and helps make to easy to find the rocket.
Try an A8-3 for first flight, B6-4 for second flight.
